The 90s Reunions Keep Coming. Next Up: Kula Shaker
There have been a series of reunions by 90s bands over the last six months. Veruca Salt spent the summer on tour. Ride is back on the road. Late last week, Lush announced they were getting back together. The latest to get back on the horse is Crispian Mills and Kula Shaker. You remember them, right?
Kula Shaker represented the psychier end of Britpop, dropping a bunch of decent singles before the band fell apart in 1999. There was an reunion in 2004 which saw them produced two albums, neither of which troubled charts anywhere. Now, though, they’re going to try it again with a 2016 record called Eclipse.
