There is actually a lady luthier who has been around for quite a long time now, who builds wonderful guitars, and amongst her biggest fans is Canadian folk rock artist Stephen Fearing. His acoustic guitars, built by her, have a stereo output on them. Her name is escaping me right now, but I’m sure many local musicians know of her, and I first encountered her when she had a booth set up at the CNE one year, where she was actually building guitars on the spot. Her last name is Manzer, I’m pretty sure
Linda Manser. A fantastic Canadian luthier. When you have clients like Bruce Cockburn and Pat Metheny you must be doing something right.
