The daughter of Chris Cornell just made good on a promise of a big donation
One of the most heartbreaking recordings of the last decade featured Chris Cornell singing “Nothing Compares 2 U” with his then-12-year-old daughter Toni. That video was shared on Father’s Day 2018.
A promise was made to donate proceeds from that song to charity. And this week, 15-year-old Toni made good, announcing that US$20,000 has been sent to International Rescue Committee, an organization that offers aid to refugees.
