The Foo Fighters add more live dates. But who will be the drummer?

The Foo Fighters are going back on the road this year with the first gig (we think) scheduled for May 24 in Gilford, New Hampshire, making it the first full show without Tayor Hawkins. That will be followed by a string of dates throughout the summer.

05-24 Gilford, NH – Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion
05-26 Boston, MA – Boston Calling Music Festival
05-28 Columbus, OH – Sonic Temple Arts & Music Festival
06-02 Nürburgring, Germany – Rock am Ring
06-04 Nürburgring, Germany – Rock im Park
06-14 Rogers, AR – Walmart AMP
06-16 Pelham, AL – Oak Mountain Amphitheatre
06-18 Manchester, TN – Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival
07-12 Ottawa, Ontario – Ottawa Bluesfest
07-15 Milwaukee, WI – Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival
07-28-30 Naeba, Japan – Fuji Rock
09-03 Aspen, CO – Jazz Aspen Snowmass
09-09 São Paulo, Brazil – The Town
09-17 Asbury, Park, NJ – Sea.Hear.Now Festival

Still no word on who will be being the drums, though, although I do have some suspicions. But who knows?

  • We all have our suspicions of who we think is gonna sit back there but that’s all we got I honestly don’t have a clue. Taylor is the only one ever. No one like him ever ever . Having said that I don’t know any drummers that have the third of energy and charisma to turn heads to see who the drummer is instead of watching the band play. That’s wat Taylor did i remember the first time I seen him play live I spend 2hrs of the show focus on him and the band got maybe 20 minutes of me watching them but when I heard Taylor back there my head just turned towards curiosity of who that hell is that monster back there playing like someone else wanted his seat 😂😂😂 god I can spend an entire life talking abt Taylor but that’s another episode stay tuned 😂😂😂

  • Could be Dave Grohl? After all, he’s a drummer too. Time will tell. I’m just so thankful the Foo’s didn’t retire after Taylor passed. It won’t be the same, but the show must go one. I truly believe Taylor would want that. Rock on Foo Fighters. 🤘
