The Foo Fighters were so impressed with a crowdsurfing dude in a wheelchair that they had to bring him onstage

Dave Grohl is always inviting people onstage during Foo Fighters shows. A cute kid to play guitar. Someone holding up a funny sign. A dude to play drums. Now we can add “guy in a wheelchair” to that list.

With the Foos the last band up at the Sziget Festival in Hungary, Dave saw a someone crowdsurfing despite being confined to a wheelchair.

“He’s the fucking star of the show right there — that’s the fucking star of the show. My man! My man! I have a question: Do you wanna come up and watch the show from up here?… Bring that motherfucker up here.”

And the crowd made it so.

How can you not love a band that likes to have this much fun with their fans?
