The Grammy Awards need a boost. Letting a star sell her underwear could have helped.

Interest in the Grammy Awards has been going down for years. TV ratings have been so atrocious–the kids just aren’t watching–that acts know that making an appearance during the show won’t move the needle much on their career. So why bother?

The Grammys have been trying to reboot things for a while but nothing seems to have worked. Maybe they should hire Latto, the rapper who tried selling her underwear on eBay for big dollars.

Bids for them reached US$95,650 before eBay stepped in and said this violated the company’s “health and hygiene” policy. Selling used underwear is a violation of the company’s longstanding “used clothing policy.” Still, a bump in hype for both Latto and the Grammys.
