The New Cut Copy Single Has One of the Weirdest Promo Campaigns Ever

Cut Copy are a pretty fine Australian group with a new single called “Free Your Mind.” The problem is that there’s only six places on the planet where you can hear it.

Six billboards have been erected around the world: Australia, Chile, Detroit, somewhere in the California desert and one in the UK.  Once you arrive at the billboard, you’re supposed to open the band’s website on your iOS or Android device.  Turn on location services and turn up the sound.  Only then will you hear the song.
