The One Minute Music Book Club: Burning Down the House, a Talking Heads bio by Jonathan Gould

Talking Heads were one of the most important bands of the 70s and 80s for the way they influenced the artsy side of the punk rock revolution. While they never officially broke up–they just sort of…disappeared in the late 80s. But the public’s fascination with the band has never gone away, especially with the group’s recently-based 50th anniversary.

There’s finally a nice thick book on the group entitled Burning Down the House: Talking Heads and the New York Scene that Transformed Rock by Jonathan Gould.
