The Perfect Saturday Night Hate Song (for Most of Us)

Don’t you just hate the perfect-looking posers you run across on a Saturday night?  Perfectly dressed, perfectly sculpted and perfectly coiffed, the ooze…perfection.  Well, f**k them.

This was written by Chip Taylor, the same guy who wrote “Wild Thing” (made famous by the Troggs) and, er, “Angel of the Morning” (remember Juice Newton?).  Enjoy.  (Thanks, Richard!)

He also wrote my favourite Al Hirt song, "Long Walk Home", and when you hear that you hear where "Fuck All The Perfect People" also comes from. The fun things you find when you encode vinyl.
