The Tragically Hip has another reissue this week

The Tragically Hip is in the process of reissuing their catalogue, but unlike Rush, they’re not doing it in order. This week, their major label debut, Up to Here, gets the box set treatment.

Originally released on September 7, 1989, this record was full of radio hits and songs that became staples of The Hip’s sets for the rest of their career, including “New Orleans is Sinking,” “Blow at High Dough,” “She Didn’t Know,” and “Boots or Hearts.” No wonder they won the JUNO for Most Promising Artist.

This expanded version of Up to Here comes in a couple of flavours. All will be available next Friday (November 15).
