The Tragically Hip has re-released a new/old today to mark the debut of the Amazon Prime series on the band

Finally, after years of development, the four-part Tragically Hip documentary, No Dress Rehearsal, debuts on Amazon Prime. If you haven’t seen the trailer, here it is.

There’s also a big coffee table book entitled This is Our Life coming.

So we shouldn’t be surprised that The Hip chose today to re-release a new/old song from the vaults. It’s called “Wait So Long.” Hip fans will recognize this track as a previously released song from October 18, 2018, the first anniversary of Gord Downie’s death. Today is as good a day as any to remind people about it.
