There’s a new documentary on Broken Social Scene coming. Here’s the trailer.

It’s called It’s All Gonna Break and is named after a Broken Social Scene song. And as one of the most important Canadian bands of the last quarter century, it’s about time we get a documentary on them.

Director and filmmaker Stephen Chung is behind the project and he looks at the group’s early days through that wonderful golden period of rising popularity and influence. It will get its Canadian premiere at the Hot Docs Cinema on January 24 and 25.
