There’s another development in the case of the dead teenager in the rapper’s Tesla
The story thus far: Back on September 8, the body Celeste Riva, a 14-year-old runaway, was found in the boot of a Tesla that had been towed to an impound lot in the Hollywood Hills in a nice area called Bird Streets. The vehicle’s ownership was traced to rapper D4vd. She’d been there for some time; it was the smell at Hollywood Tow that attracted attention. D4vd is now a suspect, but no charges have been laid.
The latest involves a report from the medical examiner in LA. He believes that her remains were “refrigerated” before they were wrapped up in a black bag and deposited in the Tesla. She may have even been frozen. Whatever the case, reports say that she was thawing out when she was found. She was 14 when she died and would have turned 15 the day before she was found in the car. The Tesla had been sitting there for about five days. It also appears that she might have been dead for weeks.
So far, this is just a theory that the ME is “exploring.” Outside experts (yes, there are people who know about these things) have been brought it. If it turns out that her body was refrigerated or frozen, it’ll be much harder to determine when she died.
It gets worse. Her head was severed and her limbs were “cut into multiple pieces.” That, too, will make it hard to figure out how she died. It sure as hell wasn’t suicide.
Police are looking at a trip that Burke allegedly made up into a remote area Santa Barbara County this spring where it’s thought he stayed several hours.
We now have a second suspect, too, but there’s no name. Why? Do they think a second person was involved? It’s hard to cut up a body this way on your own. Reports say that D4vd is no longer cooperating.
Court records have now been sealed. Autopsy findings will not be released. It’s now officially a murder investigation.
