There’s more music coming from Taylor Hawkins from an unusual source

When it came to working on non-Foo Fighters projects, Taylor Hawkins was almost as a busy as his boss. One of his last outside gig was working (with Chad Smith of the Chili Peppers) on Ozzy Osbourne’s new album, Patient No. 9. If you stream the album, you’ll hear Taylor playing on a number of songs. He was even given writing credits on three songs.

According to producer Andrew Watt, there are some Ozzy songs featuring Taylor that didn’t make the cut for the album. But that music won’t be going to waste.

He told Rolling Stones “There’s a bunch of other stuff with Ozzy and Taylor, as well, that’s going to be used for another thing.” Like what? That’s a secret for now.

Here’s one of the songs from the album featuring Taylor.
