This band toured the front lines of Afghanistan and Iraq

And you thought your band’s last tour was rough. Edisun, a four-piece band from Connecticut, decided the best way they could serve their country was by packing up and heading to the Middle East to entertain the troops.

That tour, which happen in two stages in 2005 and 2006, has been turned into a documentary called Bulletproof Wings, which makes its full premiere on Tubi today (September 11). Here’s a trailer.

  • Hi Alan, this is Marc Alan, with Factory Underground. We represent Edisun and their documentary Bulletproof Wings. First, thanks so much for picking up the story. Second, if you would like to interview the band at any point let me know, Id be happy to arrange it. Additionally we work with a number of independent music artists who have developed through Factory Underground. If I can send you press releases in the future please let me know. Best regards, Marc
