This could be the most brutally honest our-band-broke-up announcement of all time (NSFW)

It’s never fun when the band breaks up. It’s hard enough on the members, but then you have to tell your fans. Best be completely honest with them, right? Let’s all take a lesson from Toronto’s Witchrot.

Awesome. Even better than last Thursday i saw a new band “The Matchstick Skeletons” open for the Headstones (great show by both bands by the way), and apparently two members of matchstick skeletons were in Head of the Herd and onstage announced that they “put a bullet in that band to start this one and we’re so glad we did”.
