Earlier this year, the east of England suddenly got a new radio station. Its appearance was announced, and there’s no website for it. All it does is broadcast the sound of a moaning ghost over and over. It’s called Ghost Service and can be heard in pristine digital audio. WTF? (Via Rick J)
