This guy has a California mansion to sell so he got some rappers to make a promo video

If you’re into hip-hop, you probably know Swag District, the rap group that had a hit with “Teach Me How to Dougie” back in 2010. They’re back in a promo video commissioned by real estate developer Craig Atkins. He has a listing for a 14,000 mansion in Newport Beach, California, worth $45 million.

Considering the commission Atkins stands to make on the sale, spending $50K on the video is a rounding error.

Will this help Atkins find a buyer? We’ll see. (Via NY Post)
