This is now officially YouTube’s most disliked video…EVER! (And in record time, too.)

What kind of video would get 10 MILLION people to give you a thumbs-down rating? Such a thing would break the old record for the number of dislikes given to Justin Bieber’s “Baby” video.

The answer? A video by YouTube itself!

Each year, the platform posts something called YouTube Rewind, which is a mashup of highlights from the last twelve months. As I type this, the video has been seen 123,168,560 times. Those views have (so far) yielded 2.1 million likes and 10 million dislikes.

That’s a lot of hate. It took Bieber eight years to reach those levels. This YouTube video managed to hit the 10 million mark in just seven days.

Let’s take a look. Is this video really worthy of such hate? (To be fair, there are some reasons why that number is so big.)
