This Nashville music auction called Played, Worn & Torn looks amazing
If I had money, my home would be filled with valuable rock memorabilia. I’d constantly be traveling to auctions to pick up all manner of physical pieces of rock history.
Julien’s Auctions is big in this arena. Their annual Played, Worn & Torn event is coming up on November 21 and 22 in Nashville and will feature 800-ish items that will go to the highest bidder.
- More than 150 of Kirk Hammett‘s guitars, including the one he played at Ozzy‘s final performance earlier this year.
- Adam Clayton‘s basses from a bunch of U2 world tours
- Guitars from Keith Richards, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), BB King, and Rick Nielson (Cheap Trick)
- Clothing worn by David Bowie, Tom Petty, and Dolly Parton.
- Items from Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Alice Cooper, and Tommy Lee.
