This punk-themed movie takes its inspiration from Rancid

There really should be more movies inspired by punk rock culture. Now, though, we have an upcoming film entitled And Out Comes the Wolf, which, you may have already figured out, takes its name from a 1995 Rancid album.

Framed as an “East Bay punk drama,” The Hollywood Reporter gave this synopsis: “Set against the East Bay punk music scene in the mid 1990s, Wolf is a story of grit and dreams in a world of violence and desperation.” It’s also tagged as a “Coming of Rage Story.”

Starring Orlando Norman, Spence Moore II, Heidi Grace Engerman, and Cassady McClincy Zhang, a group of teens involved in the scene try to navigate things.
