Time to ramp up the hype for the British Christmas #1

For decades, Britain has worked itself into a froth when it comes to which song will finish at #1 on the charts for Christmas. This year, people are slapping down a few quid on which song they believe will top the charts when they come out on December 21, 2018.

This is a peculiarly British thing that invites not only plenty of wagering but a lot of unnecessary analysis. This brings me to an infographic that looks at what it takes to hit #1 for Christmas in the UK.
