It’s been 30 years since the release of Road Apples and The Tragically Hip has gone into the archives to create this massive box set due next month. Wow.

Alan Cross

is an internationally known broadcaster, interviewer, writer, consultant, blogger and speaker. In his 40+ years in the music business, Alan has interviewed the biggest names in rock, from David Bowie and U2 to Pearl Jam and the Foo Fighters. He’s also known as a musicologist and documentarian through programs like The Ongoing History of New Music.

Too bad it’s too expensive. If it was limited to a low number, maybe, but that’s just too much for a 4-disc box, even though it’s the Hip. Fans who would want this also already have Saskadelphia.
