The Trailer for the Rocky Horror Picture Show Reboot: Thoughts?

There are some movies that should never, ever be remade. Gone with the Wind. Casablanca. 2001: A Space Odyssey (anything by Stanley Kubrick, actually). Raging Bull. And The Rock Horror Picture Show.

The original is perfect in all its low-budget schlocky, campy glory. Tim Curry as Dr. Frank N. Further. Susan Sarandon’s Janet. Poor Barry Bostwick as Brad. Our first look at Meat Loaf as Eddie. And why would anyone think they could improve on Riff Raff and Magenta?

No one should mess with it. Ever. Yet somehow this reboot was given the green light by some tone deaf executive at Fox. Anyone care to comment?
