Trent Reznor Wants to Sell His Beverly Hills Mansion for $5.75 Million

In Toronto. $5.75 million would buy a nice place in the Rosedale neighborhood of Toronto on somewhere in West Vancouver. In Beverly Hills, it’ll get you Trent Reznor’s mansion.

The house at 1663 Summitridge Drive has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over 4,317 square feet on a half-acre lot. Built in 1966, the house includes an infinity pool (of course) and views of both the canyon and downtown LA. Beware, though. It’s a downmarket home in the neighbourhood. Everyone else’s homes are worth $20 million +.

Still, you know what they say: Buy the most house on the best block you can afford.
