This is My Jam is different from other music sharing/curation sites. Instead of uploading playlists, users get to choose just one song (from YouTube, SoundCloud and other platforms) to share with other people on the network. Six days later you get an email asking “what’s your new jam?”

Why just one song at a time? To make you really think about your choices, leading to (theoretically) a higher calibre of song curation and recommendation.

I’ve been playing with it for more than a year and it’s an interesting process. RAIN has more here.
