More Trump Inauguration Entertainment News. Who’s Gonna Perform?

With a week to go, the pressure is on poor Tom Barrack, the guy in charge of organizing the presidential inauguration for Donald Trump. There have been developments.

RadarOnline reports that Paul Anka (a Canadian!) will perform “My Way”–a song he wrote, of course–at the event. Word is that he’s re-written the words to personalize it for the new president. I quote:

“Now, Paul has re-written those lyrics especially for Donald Trump, which he will perform during the inaugural dance for Donald and his lovely First Lady, Melania” said the source.

“Paul won’t let the cat out of the bag or reveal his new lyrics yet, but will be tailor-made for President Trump. . .and it will be huge!”

Uh, you mean YYYUUUUUUUGE, right? The pomposity of this is surreal.

And there’s more. RadarOnline also says that Flo Rida is being paid $1 million to perform. (Keep in mind that the guy had tax liens of $1.2 million back in 2014, so many he needs the money.)

What about the Beach Boys? After mulling it over, they’re apparently out.
