Two more examples of what AI can do with music.

The potential uses AI when it comes to music (good and malevolent) will continue to be explored through 2024. Here are two stories about where things may be headed.

The site Tom’s Guide tried out Google’s new MusicFX, its now AI music generator–and it’s pretty good. It looks very easy to use and the results are surprising.It’s not available in Canada yet, but you can sign up to be put on the invitation list.

Here’s the result of the Tom’s Guide experiment.

And there’s this from Steven Wilson. AI generated the lyrics while Steve came up with the music. (Via Dan P)
