Tyler the Creator Mountain Dew Ad Pulled By Pepsi

Pepsi, owners of Mountain Dew, hired Odd Future’s Tyler the Creator to develop a new 60-second TV spot. This is what they ended up with–the shitstorm that has followed is intense with charges of racism and stereotyping.

The company pulled the ad from YouTube, but as we all know, the Internet is forever.  It’ll show up again somewhere.  The Whack-A-Mole game is afoot as I type this.
