U2’s show designer Willie Williams shows us the future of immersive entertainment

If you’ve to any U2 show over the last 40 years, you’ve seen a production designed by Willie Williams. Joshua Tree, ZooTV, Pop Mart, 360, U2’s Sphere residency-they’re all Willie Williams projects. His resume also includes The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, and many others. The guy has been on the cutting edge of live concert performance for a long time.

He recently gave a TED talk on the future of immersive entertainment. This is definitely worth a watch.
