Uh-oh: Courtney Love Sued Again

A psychiatrist has filed suit against Courtney Love for breach of contract, alleging that she owes $48,250 including interests, attorney fees and other associated costs dating back to November 2010.

The suit filed by Dr. Edwin Ratush of New York, a specialist in addiction treatment, doesn’t go into specifics other than it has to do with “Breach of Contract, Account Stated, Money Due and Owing, and Unjust Enrichment.”
