Uh-oh. Eddie Van Halen reported hospitalized after a bad reaction to his cancer treatment

There have been plenty of rumours regarding the health of Eddie Van Halen this year, but they’ve all been tamped down by pictures of him looking healthy and mobile.

Yes, he has throat cancer, but it seemed to be under control thanks to treatment he was receiving in Germany. Now, though, things look a little wonky. But not too much.

TMZ reports that Eddie was, in fact, hospitalized for a couple of days last week following a bad reaction to whatever chemo he was getting. Whatever he was taking caused severe abdominal distress.

The good news is that he was discharged yesterday (Sunday, November 17) and went home with his son Wolfgang.

So good news, then. Dammit, Eddie. Stop scaring people.
