Wait: Where Did the New Morrissey Album Go? It’s Disappeared! Vanished!

If you go to the iTunes Music Store and search for Morrissey’s critically-acclaimed new album, World Peace is None of Your Business, you will find…nothing.  It’s gone.  It’s also missing from Amazon and Spotify.

A month after Harvest Records released the album, it’s been pulled from online stores.  This all stems from a nasty cat fight between Morrissey and Harvest label head Steve Barnett over the marketing of the record. And now that Mozzer and the label have parted ways, the album is disappearing from legitimate online sources because Harvest doesn’t have the distribution rights.  It can’t legally be posted now.

Morrissey’s side of the story can be found here.
