Want: A new Beatles pinball machine

If you’ve always harbored a dream of having your own pinball machine in your man cave, start saving your money for this new Beatles-branded unit from Stern, one of the great pinball machine makers. The machine made its debut at Pinball Expo 2018 in Chicago.

I’d be all over this thing: four flippers, a spinning disc in the playfield with a magnet to make things interesting, eleven drop targets, a full-color LCD screen, classic bell sounds and more

The game will come in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond editions with a total production run of 1964 (geddit?) units.

The downside? The price–at least for the Diamond version.

People who have compared this machine to other classic machines of the past suggest that we’re looking at a list price of at least $7,000 USD.
