Want a travel adventure exploring UK music sites? Join me on my fall UK music tour!

You can hear the stories behind songs, read about musicians and listen to music that emerged from a certain time and place, but it is only when you are physically in the spot where an artist once stood that it becomes real said Alan Cross.

“When you do something like that, you breathe the air, you see the sights and you feel exactly the environment where this historic music was created,” said Cross, an award-winning music journalist and internationally recognized Canadian broadcaster, writer and speaker.

This September, Cross will be leading the UK Legends of Rock: Music History Tour, a 10-day tour of England that will take participants from London to Liverpool and Manchester to learn about its musical legends — The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Freddie Mercury, Led Zeppelin, Amy Winehouse, Oasis, Joy Division, The Smiths and more.
