Liam’s looking to get out of New York for a while. Maybe it’s the whole baby-mama thing that has him rethinking where he should live.
In any case, Liam’s dumping a 1,575 square-foot 2-bed, 2-bath condo in Essex House, which is at 160 Central Park. His American pied-de-terre is up on the 17th floor and was recently renovated with coffered ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a 40-bottle wine cooler and wide-plank herringbone floors. And because the building is associated with the JW Marriot Essex House Hotel, there’s maid service, 24-hour room service, a gym, a spa and valet parking.
And get this: if the apartment is empty for a month or more, it can be rented out by the hotel.
