Want to Contribute to #GordDowniesCanada? Here’s How to Share Your Pictures of Canada
As the sun sets on the summer season and we move into fall, you may find yourself taking pictures of the Canada around you. If so, you might want to consider hashtagging them #GordDowniesCanada. Fans from coast-to-coast have been posting awesome pictures of the country in yet another tribute to the Tragically Hip’s Gord Downie. The CBC has the story here, but here are some samples that are already making the rounds.

Alan Cross:. What’s with the turn around? Gordon Donnie represents Canada and his fans are Canada.
Why would you deface our pride of Canada, which includes the Hip?
I can’t forgive you for your previous malicious column.
But letting Canada participate in sharing the beauty Gorfon sings about is wonderful.
Your credibility will never recover no matter how hard you make an about face.
Equal blame to whoever would pay you for your rubbish.
A traitor to our country you will always be in my eyes.
Alan Cross, you crossed the line and switching face now does not redeem you ever.
But I can’t wait to see all the picture entries to celebrate Canada and Gordon’s life.
God knows how you will wake up tomorrow and write. Publishing it shows lack of patriotism .
Gordon Donnie is our national treasure yesterday, today and tomorrow.
