Want to be the First to Discover Cool Bands? Try Rormix

There are several apps that promised to deliver the best in unsigned and emerging artists. Such is Rormix, which is based out of the UK.

On the desktop version, acts are laid out on easy-to-browse 2 x 2 grid tagged with genre (colour-coded for quick reference) as well as two or three RIYL (recommended if you like) bands to make choosing easier. Clicking on a selection adds a song to a video playlist that scrolls across the top of the page. Once a video is done, there’s a segue to the next one. It’s a slick and simple interface.
