Want: The New BeoLab 90 Speakers Crank Out 8,200 Watts

If you are a music fan who grew up in the 70s and 80s, chances are you deep into stereo culture. A significant amount of your disposable income went towards amplifiers, turntables, cassette players and speakers. Most especially speakers.

Much like a Lyme disease-carrying tick, the audiophile bug infects you and never really lets go. I have this fantasy of moving my home office into the basement where I will have a monster two-channel stereo with hideously expensive speakers. My man cave will be filled with super high-fidelity audio known only to those who win $30 million Lotto 6-49 jackpots.

What speakers will I choose? That depends on the day. Today I want the new BeoLab 90s from Bang & Olufsen which crank out 8,200 watts. Each.

How much? Just $78,000 USD a pair. Learn more at Gizmag.
