Was this metal-themed horror film one of the worst movies of all time?

I’d never heard of Heavy Metal Massacre until I stumbled on this article from Kotaku Australia.

Released in 1989, HMM was a direct-to-video thing starring a former professional wrestler (David DeFalco). He plays Bobbi Brown, a serial killer who preys on women who like metal. Once they’re attracted by his flowing hair metal hair, things go wrong.
