Week four of the Diddy trial started today

We’re now into the third week of Sean “Diddy” Combs trial.

  • The week starts with more cross-examination of “Mia,” one of Diddy’s ex-assistants. She accuses Diddy of assaulting her multiple times.
  • There are allegations of evidence that was “destroyed.”
  • Harvey Weinstein’s name has come up.
  • We’re starting to a picture of a “criminal enterprise” run by Diddy.
  • Trump says he’d consider a pardon for Diddy if he’s found guilty because “He liked me.”
  • 50 Cent says he’ll do everything in his power to persuade Trump not to give Diddy a pardon.
  • Suge Knight, the jailed former head of Death Row Records, says they shouldn’t “lock him up and throw away the key.”
  • Snoop Dogg says that he’s “very surprised” by the whole trial. “I’m ultimately surprised. I don’t be expecting none of these things to be happening.”
  • More celebrity names keep popping up. Here’s a list.
  • Shut up, Bill Maher. Stop blaming the victim.
