A bit late–hey, yesterday was Thanksgiving, so it can be forgiven–but here we are with the weekly recorded music industry sales stats courtesy Luminate.

  • CD sales, -6.5%
  • Digital albums, -18.4%
  • Digital tracks, -17.1%
  • Vinyl LPs, -6.5%
  • On-demand audio streams, +13.7%

Week-over-week comparisons:

  • Total album sales, +2.0%
  • CD sales, -1.3%
  • Digital albums, +1.4%
  • Digital tracks, -3.4%
  • Vinyl LPs, +10.4%
  • On-demand audio streams, +1.6% (2.455 billion streams in the country last week)
