It’s the first sales/streaming report of the spring. How are things going?

  • CD sales, -10.4%
  • Digital albums, -14.3%
  • Digital tracks, -7,8%
  • Vinyl LPs, +12.6%
  • On-demand audio streams, +1.2%

Week-over-week comparisons:

  • Total album sales, -8.3%
  • CD sales, -10.7%
  • Digital albums, -1.6%
  • Digital tracks, +1.1%
  • Vinyl LPs, -13.3%
  • On-demand audio streams, +1.2% (2.427 billion streams in the country last week)
