That’s pretty much it for January. Here’s how the first twelfth portion of the year went.

  • CD sales, -6.1%
  • Digital albums, -19.3
  • Digital tracks, -6.9%
  • Vinyl LPs, +8.6%
  • On-demand audio streams, 0.0%

Last week compared to the week before:

  • Total album sales, -3.4%
  • CD sales, -5.8%
  • Digital albums, +1.6%
  • Digital tracks, -2.1%
  • Vinyl LPs, -6.3%
  • On-demand audio streams, 0.0% (2.366 billion streams in the country last week)
