Weekly survey: We need a playlist to get people to vote in Thursday’s Ontario election

I’m worried about the Ontario election. The overall attitude seems to be that Ontarians are faced with three bad votes, something that could push voter turnout to a historic low.

This, of, course, is bad. If there’s one thing elections this century have taught us is that every vote does count.

The situation clearly calls for a playlist.

This week’s survey seeks to find songs that will motivate the electorate to go to the polls on Thursday. Forget about equal time and being non-partisan. The goal is to get people excited about voting. For example, we could go with Arkells’ “People’s Champ”…

…or we might go with something classic…

…or maybe something with a real call to action.

Thoughts?
