Weekly survey: What’s the last song you want to hear before you die?

And some point, we will all travel into the light and slip the bonds of this mortal coil. Hopefully, it will be painless, with much comfort and maybe, just maybe, properly soundtracked.

A palliative care doctor has written about the importance of music as one gets sent to the great beyond. It makes for an interesting playlist, too. It’s also quite the thread on Reddit.

Let’s start with this example. During Joey Ramone’s last moments on earth, the last song he heard was U2’s “In a Little While.” It was one of this favourites.
