Ween Man Undergoing Sex Change?

Aaron Freeman, the man formerly known as Gene Ween, is apparently in a hospital in Beligium where he’s said to be undergoing “a transformative procedure.”  

He’s also posted a new song called “Genene.” This has fans speculating that Aaron is undergoing gender reassignment surgery.
