Welcome back to 1997: The Warped Tour will return in 2025

Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman just couldn’t stay away. After running the universe’s most successful touring punk rock festival between 1995 and 2019, he thought he’d retired from the grind. I mean, herding all those punk rock kids–dozens of bands!–across the continent for an entire summer. “I’m done,” said Lyman.

Nope.

In another sign that everything old is new again, The Vans Warped Tour will be back on the road next summer to mark the 30th anniversary of its founding.

Where will the tour stop? Don’t know yet. How many shows will there be? Search me. Who will be on the bill? Not a clue. Kevin Lyman told Pollstar, “We have something cooking for 2025. Details should be ready in a few weeks.”

To be fair, Kevin hasn’t just been exactly sitting around. Earlier this year, he was part of something called Radio Summer School, another traveling festival that focused on artist development, community creation, and fanbase-building. It touched on 25 US cities and feature acts like Stand Atlantic, Magnolia Park, The Home Team, Scene Queen, Letdown., and Honey Revenge.

Looking forward to Warped 2025, Kevin.
