What are the most popular band t-shirts? This study tried to find out.

If I had to guess which band’s t-shirt was the most popular ever, I’d probably go with The Ramones, Metallica, and The Clash in that order. But that’s just a guess.

A site called RushOrderTees (who, er, offer rush deliveries of t-shirts) surveyed 1,017 people on their t-shirt preferences. The results came back thusly:

AC/DC (21.4% in the survey say that had at least one from the band
Aerosmith
Queen
Pink Floyd
Green Day

Metallica finished just outside the top ten, as did Nirvana. The Ramones and Clash? Nowhere to be seen. I demand a recount.
