What do we think about the new Coldplay single?
I know it’s just the first weekend of the summer, but we’re already getting news about albums due to come out in the fall. Case in point: Coldplay’s tenth album, Moon Music, which has a release date of October 4.
The first single–a Max Martin production–is out today. Any thoughts about it?
Hmmm. I was bored by the halfway point. This sounds like every Coldplay song of the last decade. I stopped listening to them regularly. There is nothing inventive, creative or interesting about it. They make Coldplay songs for Coldplay shows. For hardcore Coldplay fans, this will soothe. Enjoy the shows. I’m still out.
